In case of emergencies or urgent matters, a 24/7 Duty Officer service is available for Luxembourg-flagged ships
Examples of emergency situations or urgent matters may include:
- Collision;
- Grounding;
- Fire;
- Spill;
- Serious injury;
- Port State Detention;
- Any other serious issue or equipment failure requiring immediate assistance or notification of the Luxembourg Maritime Administration.
